1906-1945 : Pierre Delacre, the development of the biscuit factory
In 1906, Charles Delacre definitively gave up the management of
the company to his son, Pierre Delacre,
who really began to develop the biscuits industry.
The WW2 was synonymous with some difficulties for the company for the first time and Pierre Delacre had to sell the company
(to Mr Jean Maertens de Noordhout).
