To mark the launch of our new La Biscuiterie range, we opened the doors of our Fine Lab to influencers and journalists. Our guests had the opportunity to visit the premises and take part in tasting and cookie customization workshops.

But what is the Fine Lab?

The Fine Lab is Delacre's innovation and R&D center. This is where our pastry chefs use their expertise and know-how to develop, test and taste new cookie recipes. This is where we created the recipes for our 4 Cookies: Classic, Hazelnut, Double Chocolate & Triple Chocolate, and our chocolate cookies: Caramel Intense & Sablé Chocolat Noir!
